How Do I Place An Order?

We accept online orders on snapkayaks.com for delivery within the USA. Simply place your desired items in the shopping cart and follow the purchasing steps to complete your purchase!



Payment & Shipping

We accept all major credit cards through our online payment partner Stripe. We ship using major freight forwarders such as DHL and FedEx.

 

DO YOU STILL MANUFACTURE THE SCOUT KAYAK?

The Scout is no longer manufactured. However, we have two alternative modular sit in kayaks instead. The Martini and the Mercury. See the following links:

The Apollo is no longer manufactured. However, we have two alternative modular sit on top kayaks instead, the Falcon and the  Tequila!. See the following links:

IMPORTANT: SECTIONS ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE BEWEEN THE VARIOUS KAYAK MODELS


So, for example, you can’t fit a Falcon section to an Apollo kayak.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise in the original packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise for a prompt refund.

 

1. Contact info@snapkayaks.com for returns.

2. Give your order number and request a Merchandise Return Form. When you have filled in and sent us your Merchandise Return Form you can return your unused merchandise to us. You have to pay for the shipment. If you are returning your item for credit, your credit card will be credited the price of the product/products and VAT, excluding shipping costs. As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return, we will credit your account. As the repayment process involves a number of stages, your money will normally appear back in your account within 1-2 weeks.

 

When completing the Merchandise Return Form you will be asked to specify whether you prefer a credit to your account or if you are requesting a replacement item to be shipped.

 

NOTE: Replaced items must be identical (including color) to your original order.

 

If the return is due to a manufacturing or Snap Kayaks error, the initial shipping and return charges will be waived. As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return, we send a replacement product or credit your account. As the repayment process involves a number of stages, your money will normally appear back in your account within 1-2 weeks.
